Reception classes have been learning how to write ‘Spring’ (春）. Spring Festival is the alternative name for Chinese New Year. They have also had a go at writing 福 which means ‘Good Luck’. Look out for the character 福. It is often written on hangings in Chinese restaurants and homes.

They are soooo sweet I want to cuddle them!! And their work is brillant. When I was in reception I only scribbled and made people out of play dough.
